REFUND POLICY

Dragonfly Somatic Wellness, LLC operates the websites under the Dragonfly Lee brand.

Please remember that there are no refunds for our events, retreats, programs, workshops, online membership, or coaching. By signing up and/or scheduling sessions, you agree to the terms provided below.

COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP AREA: There are no refunds or prorations for membership area subscriptions. By signing up to become a member, you receive full access to all content provided within the Hearts & Hips membership area starting the day of sign-up. At any time, you have the option of not engaging, participating, or canceling your membership.

COACHING: If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, a 24-hour notice for cancellations is required. Late notifications or no-shows: you will forfeit the session, and the money you’ve paid will not be refunded or transferred to another session date/time.

WORKSHOPS: If you are unable to attend, we will do our best to transfer you to another playshop of your choice, or hold it for a future offering; you will need to notify us at least 12 hours before the start time. Late notifications or no-shows: will not be transferred.

RETREATS: If you are unable to attend, we will do our best to transfer you to another Retreat of equal value; if there are fewer than 4 weeks before the Retreat, we will do our best, but we cannot promise that we can move you to another Retreat, and the money you’ve paid will not be refunded. Payment is due in full 4 weeks before the event starts. Event registrations are non-transferable. Should you decide to transfer to another Retreat from the one you initially signed up for, there will be a $400 administrative fee.

PRIVATE IMMERSIONS: If you are unable to attend your scheduled Immersion, it will be scheduled for the next Immersion opening. Due to the added expense and time required to prepare for Immersion, we require a minimum of 14 days’ notice if you are unable to attend. If it is less than 14 days prior to the Immersion, there will be a $400 administration fee.

NOTE: If it is Dragonfly Somatic Wellness, llc canceling any of the above, Coaching, Workshops, Retreats, and Immersions. You will be notified as soon as possible. You will not forfeit any time or money paid. We will reschedule any session time to another time that works for Dragonfly Somatic Wellness and the attendee/student-client. If it is an in-person event, we will reschedule it for an event that is the same or of equal value.
